My First Blog Post..EVER

As with everything it begins with an idea. I think I have an interesting story to tell about Carman Dragone. As the Christmas season winds up and the smoke clears from one of the busiest times of the year we are able to focus a little more on the little things. My holiday was wonderful, Nicole really does such an outstanding job with preparing the house not to mention all the food! My goodness, we have eaten so much in the past two weeks. I say this as I am eating potato chips. On January 2nd I am going on a no carb keto diet again. The last time I did that I lost over 25 pounds in two weeks!
